What’s Safe Stamper App?
It’s a service designed to certify the exact date, hour and placement in which a photography, video or audio was shot or recorded from a mobile device (1).
How does it work?
Once you are registered as a Safe Stamper user, download and install the Safe Stamper app on the mobile device which will shoot the photos, videos and audio recordings.
You will find links to download and install the app at the bottom of this page. Follow the Google Play link for Android phones, or the App Store link for iOS phones.
When taking photos or recording videos or audios from the app, you will receive as evidence of what you photographed or recorded, and the exact date, time and location, a certified file which includes:
- A copy of the photograph or metadata of the video or audio recording (duration, file size and digital hashes).
- The coordinates from the mobile device’s geolocation system.
- Safe Stamper’s electronic signature, along with the corresponding timestamp, as evidence of the certificate’s integrity and the date and time when the certification was made.

IMPORTANT: A user account is required for using the app for certification of geolocated photographs and audiovisual recordings.
This type of certification is not available as an express certification.
